S2 had set her alarm as the forecast said snow at 1000. It was right! 

Like the big kids we all are as soon as it looked like it was going to go on for a bit we dug the sled out and headed off to the park. There was just about enough to slide about on.

A couple of hours later it was already starting to thaw so we had a quick coffee from the cafe, said hi to S2's half brother who was in the park with his friend and went home to thaw out.

The cats were very funny. The Ginger (Stupid) one just mewed all the time he was outside while the Stripy one was fascinated by the floating things that kept disappearing in front of, and sometimes on, his nose.

That's probably it for the year for us. Rain is forecast tomorrow.
