2016-02-19 (Day 060)
The first church at Carriden was built in 1243, but there are no visible remains today.
It was replaced in 1766 by the building in this photograph, but it was in turn replaced in 1909.
This old building still stands, and is home to countless birds - as I realised when I went in to take the photograph (think Alfred Hitchcock. Well, not really, but I did when they all took off at once!)
This is a look straight up the spire of the old church. I was going to call it "Holy Chromatic Aberration, Batman", but I decided against that. I'm glad I did.
