2016-01-25 (Day 025) Stretch!

Every time I go to the physiotherapist, I am told that I need to stretch more. So I have decided that this year I am going to be a bit pre-emptive and will try to increase my general flexibility.

Just after Christmas I bought a video called Stretchworks that contains both a 35 minute workout and a 10 minute quick workout. Since going back to work I have done the ten minute workout each weekday morning, plus an occasional run through the thirty-five minute programme.

I'm determined to improve my flexibility. If I succeed, I'll post the evidence here. If not, this subject might go rather quiet...
