Snow Sunday

A very snowy day!

Walked to the Post Office to pick up our paper and took my first blip across my favourite gate, then as we approached the Post Office there was this Police car going pretty fast with a very blue light in contrast to the what and grey around.

Back home and then the birds started to appear - this little goldfinch, with his mate around the back, and pigeons below waiting for the spare seeds to drop down.

Finally the snow gathering on the branches of the silver birch.  Most of that snow has now melted, but I think we are going to be in for a very cold night and I think things are going to be pretty icy tomorrow.  One advantage of Lockdown is that I won't have to head for the station at 06:00 tomorrow morning!
