2015-08-25 (Day 237) Skyline

I don't know what I wanted this photo to be a picture of. That probably shows in the final picture.

At first, I wanted it to be a sunset. There was some nice warm sunset light in the sky. But I didn't have any kind of long lens with me and so I knew that other stuff would get into the sky.

But I did like all the man-made stuff that pierced the skyline, so I zoomed out a bit for that. The Massieve radio masts, the wind turbines and even the electricity pylons at the bottom left.

And even though these structures are huge, they are simply dwarfed by the sky, which has its own patterns and details.

So... in the end I made it a picture of all three. It's either inspired or lazy, not sure which!
