2015-05-02 (Day 122) Dust!

What do you get if you cross a Canon G7X with bags and pockets for four months? Sadly, it appears that you get dust ingress...

Actually, when you look at the camera as closely as this picture lets you see, it does look really dusty - but it didn't look so bad in real life!

Anyway, I have been seeing a few shots ruined by a large "splodge" on the left hand side of the frame; if I saw that on an SLR I would regard it as dust on the sensor. So I took it in for repair today, and my little camera has been sent back to its makers for repair.

Here's hoping it comes back soon!
