Alex and I left Tom to it and boarded a 19; laptop tucked under my arm. It was quite white outside, but wet and slushy so not bad for snowballs, but not much fun for negotiating the mean streets of Central Embra.
A dander from the bus stop to the office to try and capture the atmosphere, but it was flat and queit, so we headed for the warmth of the office to be greeted with a 3 minute 'it's fooked, can you come in on Monday for a new machine?' message.
We walked off up to Hers - the paddle board arrived on Wednesday and may have been enough to break the current spell. It was all packed up into a rucksack and ready to go, so we all boarded a 47 and had lunch at mine.
Lessons were put on hold as we unpacked and assembled to SUP (as I believe they're called). It's huge.....
She went off to tend Her brood; I got Tom to cook fish pie for dinner and then we unwisely chose to amuse ourselves with Liverpool v Burnley.
