Fajita Night

Did another interview for the podcast tonight, and then spent most of the rest of the evening furiously editing the show to pop it out. Managed to get it all done tonight and I'm really proud of the result. Hopefully all the listeners enjoy it too!

That being said, all the furious editing meant I didn't have much opportunity to take good photos. Still, this fajita looks pretty delish, eh?
