Birthday Girl!

Our Wee Kalyn is 21 today!  Happy Birthday, Kay Renee!
Where have the years gone? So many memories of time spent with this remarkable young woman. An intelligent and thoughtful student, a rascal full of mischief, a very gifted athlete - that's what these three photos represent.  Kalyn has a terrific sense of humour and is so much fun to tease. She's also articulate and bright, and we enjoy having meaningful conversations about all kinds of topics with her. We really miss her, hugging her, cuddling with her, laughing with her, competing with her (we're all competitive!), giving her rubs, watching her play volleyball. We wish we could be with her on this special birthday. We're so proud of her. We're the luckiest grandparents to have her and her sister as our granddaughters, and we know it!
I've called her MaWeeKaylee for years, MWK, and she'll always be MWK, even though she's no so wee now!  Love her to bits! Hope that we all get the vaccine soon so we can see her and the rest of the family. It's been toooo loooong!
