Yoga, stretch and mindful meditation all before breakfast. Then a 5km uphill hike and helping a pregnant woman who lost her phone in the forest! We found it!
Then a raw food lunch, followed by a sauna, and a massage. 
A winter detox to be recommended.
More stretching, green soup and board games (Rummicub & Sequence) by the fire.
Today has been amazing and restorative.
Just what we three girls needed.
