Snow showers (Day 2071)

First on the to-do list this morning after the woofer wander was a trip to Stromness to look at a problem with a hot water cylinder. The customer had called saying they had no hot water, so I headed along to do a few checks after which I was fairly sure there was no power getting to the immersion and advised that an electrician was needed.
As I left the job, a heavy snow shower started. I was supposed to be meeting my beautiful wife at the yard to get out on the horses, but the weather didn't look promising. At the yard, snow showers swept past while we got horses organised and waited for L to arrive with Bessie. The snow showers made for some dramatic skies.
We rode away from the yard in a snow shower, but had a good (if cold) ride along the shore and through Stromness.
Home for lunch, then out for a snowy walk with the woofers at Lyde.
