Saturday

We were up on Roundway Hill very early this morning. It was very misty and conducive to ethereal photographs. (extra)

We met Mel and Chris, people we knew when the children were at school. Chris is very unwell with a rare cancer. He wasn't expected to see February but is on some new drug and was full of beans. Mel looked worn out. 

We count our blessings.

Hopeful of snow tomorrow. Just enough for a morning of fun.
