Fueled by Coffee

I've had to call HP Support today. Not something I've ever done. And not something I am going to race to do again either!
3 phone calls later I've got an "Agent" on the phone who actually listened to my problem and raised a call for me. SATA RAID controller replaced, but still bust server sitting in our office.

So boo to that. He'll be back in the morning with more bits to try again.
