The tenant in 201 has put up her Valentine's doorway display, so I have some flowers to blip for the first time in months.  Aren't they pretty?

Another day without much going on, although I did cut up meat and vegetables for beef Stroganoff.  The recipe was given to me more than 50 years ago by my college roommate, a Russian who grew up in Serbia where her father was a college professor and who herself has been for many years a professor of Russian language and literature.  It's a much simpler recipe than I've seen in cookbooks, but it's delicious.  Now I just have to work up the energy to actually cook it.
