Removal Time.....

I went to the Practice Nurse today and she took out all 17 of them in the large wound and 3 in my belly button and I only felt the last but one that made me mince a bit, now all I have to do is heal and get better.

I have spent the day reading mostly and watching telly.

Not a lot to report actually.
