Yet another vet visit

I stayed over with my bubble friend last night and she treated me to scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast. Very tasty. Mr PHL came to pick me up at 11 and we stopped at the supermarket en route home to get the groceries for the next few days.

Home in time to unpack and out away the purchases before a quick bite of lunch and off to the vets. 4 weeks seems a long time to sort out an eye infection and the vet agreed so poor wee Phin had to be lightly sedated to allow a good look in his eyes and swabs to be taken. He came hone a little woozy but managed to eat some kibble and sleep before needing to go outside. Won’t get the results from the swab for a week or so.

Dinner of salmon en croute (not a big success but tasty) with roast potatoes and veg before my Friday night catch up with the girls. Came first in the quiz so was well pleased. Plans made for a virtual afternoon tea to celebrate 2 February birthdays before heading for bed.
