Shadows

The fields are too muddy and wet and the park is too crowded to maintain social distancing easily, so my walk today was along the streets, heading out of town and in a circular route along less busy roads.  I still got a little muddy - where I had to step off the road on to the grass verge to avoid cars - and I still met a few people and had to do the "Covid dance" to avoid them, but otherwise it was OK.

It was really lovely to see the sun and enjoy a clear blue sky.  Storm Christoph has largely by-passed us here but I do feel for those people who have been flooded out of their homes..
