Spring greens

We went into the village this moring to try out the equipment in the refurbished park. It was mostly a bit too old for Grace, but she did have a go on the zipwire with Hubby. She was not amused.

Then we went to visit the new village bakery. It isn't fully open yet, but it looked good so far. We'll return once the cafe opens. It's great to have that in what is a pretty small village really. It's right opposite our own brewery too!

The development where the cafe/brewery is situated lies next to the river, so we finished our morning with a short walk by the riverbank. It was lovely to see some signs of spring - catkins, shoots and celandines aplenty.
