Confession

To get to my favourite haunts I drive past this Automobile Association (AA) box. The AA styles itself as the fourth emergency service and exists to help its motoring members out of trouble, breakdowns and punctures chiefly. Well before mobile phones members were given a key that would unlock the box and reveal a telephone inside. I no longer have the key - must be in a drawer somewhere and these boxes are now a rarity.

I had a few minutes spare and fulfilled an ambition to photograph the box and a staged breakdown. Grandson acted the helpful AA man.

I did take photos of some boats and the ebbing tide but you have seen them before.
