Return

Back to work today. Not too painful but tiring none the less. I'm still not 100% yet but I managed through the day without having to rely on painkillers which is a first. I also managed to eat well so I must be just about there.

The evenings have really lightened up in the week I've been off which makes for a pleasant walk both to and from work.
