Hobbled

My first walk out since spraining the toes of my right foot, during a slip in the mud on the towpath on the 19th, was to remember the passing of a young WW2 airman who didn't make it back alive to Pock airfield.
I am informed that temporary repairs are complete on Silburns lock and the water levels are getting back to normal.
Apologies for erratic posting and even more erratic commenting. Have also been having some problems uploading to Blip but can't really blame that for my short falls :(   take care one and all.
