More flapjacks

Second attempt at flapjacks tonight, they're very crumbly! Wonder what I'm doing wrong?

Getting my days mixed up due to working last Fri and Sat (normally days off) and this week isn't any better, I'm working Friday and Saturday again! But I do have Thursday off to go on my daughters school trip :-)
