The sun comes up, it's a new day dawning

After the fringes of Storm Christoph, it was just lovely to see the sun this morning. I just had to grab my camera almost before I'd had breakfast, and actually took this through my bedroom window (glass and all). I do love this tree but, until today, wouldn't have been able to tell you it was a silver birch :( Photography, and Blippping, really do help me better notice my surroundings.

It's not the best shot ever, but it reflects the joy of seeing the sun again!
