I got caught out by the copyright police yesterday, so have made sure that today’s artistic enterprises are completely original.

In this complex world I have decided to go back to Empedoclesian principles and govern my life according to four key elements: Earth (being grounded, honest and connected to nature); Air (ideas, openness, embracing diversity); Fire (passion and enthusiasm for life, and seizing the day); and Water (maintaining balance and flow and not trying to always be in control).

Talking of the elements: The weather was much better today so got out for a lunchtime walk...
