Day 21 - Skylarks

A visit to the local wind turbines was just what I needed today. A chilly wind but lovely blue sky (most of the time). The skylarks were putting on a great show, rising from the fields, swooping, diving and chasing each other. I even managed to watch about ten having a bath in a puddle - such a special thing to witness as they are very wary birds, and I had Mabel with me. This and their birdsong made me smile today.
