The study was empty

The packers came early this morning, followed 24 hours ahead of schedule by the removal guys. Even so, it took them too long to be able to put our household goods into the storage unit where they will wait for us to get a new home.

We took a last lot of items from the pantry up to Snells Beach, and on return to check how rpthings were going, I saw that the spare bedroom which had become my study had had almost everything taken out. The shelving we had put in the wardrobe, no longer had anything on the shelves. The books on the shelves behind my desk were in boxes and the desk etc were gone.

My blip for today notes the return of the room  pretty much to its state when we moved in in 2003.
