Orange marmalade: lacks body

My first attempt at making marmalade is not an unqualified success. I wanted to only sweeten it with concentrated apple juice but failed to find a good recipe. I should have added less liquid but extra pectin.

On the other hand, I think it tastes great. Maybe I can use it as a cake ingredient.
