Today it has been very cold.
I had a trip down to the lake anyway and saw a few kingfishers flit by, but not at a speed where I could catch them.
There were herons and egrets too, but I only stayed for an hour or so.
The sun is coming out now and it is a beautiful, if not chilly evening.
Apparently the weather is going to warm up significantly over the next few days, getting to around 18°c on the weekend.
I bought some camouflage netting today, in anticipation of the warmer weather and the prospect of taking some pics of some wildlife.

We'll see if it works ...
