Skiing on the lake

Firstly thanks for all those lovely supportive messages yesterday. Today was a much better day. I managed a cross-country ski on Lake Sils for an hour. Such an amazing place to be!
Later in the afternoon I had a walk with two Spanish friends and then this evening one of them came round with their husband for drinks and to "cheer up" Malcolm. It was such fun.
I also caught up on Facetime with my sister who reminded me of what my Dad would have said. "As one door closes, another door opens." Interestingly, and unsurprisingly, this was already in my thoughts.
