two men and their dog

There was a wee weather window this morning so Joanna and I walked a circuit around the village. It seems as though Storm Christoph is letting us off lightly, just a bit of rain and sleet in the next day or so.

We stopped to sit on one of the blue benches which are dotted around the village in memory of a long term resident. A lovely legacy appreciated by many people out for a walk in the area.

Some entertainment was provided by a couple of men and their dog rounding up a flock of sheep for inspection. (Not a brilliant photo but you can see the sheepdog crouching down on the left). I could watch this kind of thing all day long :-)
