More of the same

These abandoned greenhouses have featured before (see tag) and another series looms....In the 1930s unemployed industrial workers were moved to Fen Drayton by the Land Settlement Association to work in a farming and market gardening co-operative. Though initially successful the buildings are now mostly derelict and the land unused. More on the link (section2 pages 5-9) for anyone interested in a more detailed account of their history.
