Ox Ho Do

Hubby had the day off today.
Good long walk before the forecasted rain.
Played scrabble in the afternoon.
I started with ‘ox’
Hubby replied with ‘ho’ which did nothing to open up the board.
So I replied with another two letter addition.
Annoyingly, he then used all his 7 letters in his next go.
.... and then he sailed away from me and won the game :(
Apart from losing the game, it was a nice day.
