Salting, not mowing

As I type this we are watching Joe Biden's inauguration. Our best wishes to our many American friends, and to the US itself as it starts the task of cleaning out the stables.

Meanwhile, here in the snow, the neighbours gave me an odd look earlier when I got the mower out. Yes I know the grass is shaggy but come on, really. I was clearing the way to the salt store to keep our pathways safe.

In other news (see extra) I changed hands in the middle of pulling the Brussels off the stem, to avoid repetitive sprout injury.
