Routine

I was at Charing Cross today for a routine scan. Since my last visit, this mini-museum has appeared: a fascinating glimpse into its history for anyone who has an association with the hospital. Jane Newson seems to have been an invaluable part of that history.

That Charing Cross Hospital is a casualty of the hospital cuts taking place in London is a source of great distress for the local community, doctors, nurses, and those patients who have benefited from the expertise it has borne, me included.
