Rowan berries.....

....fruit for birds and humans.

Starlings, blackbirds and thrush are gorging on these berries some feeding young fledglings in my garden.

Wednesday.....lunch and groceries with mum and E, enjoyed having a natter with them both. Another blustery day, mostly overcast with strong pockets of sun, temperature much cooler 19C. Weather has been extreme with snow falling on the passes, mountains dusted in snow and huge waves on the west coast, where I live it's all about the wind.
