Long-tailed tit

After my slump of yesterday I was determined to feel better today.
Mam called while I was still in bed this morning. She was still in bed too. She was worried by a post on social media by my nephew. He seemed at the end of his tether. My brother had a mini-meltdown yesterday too.
I guess Blue Monday is a real thing.
Anyway, I got up, showered, dressed. All progress on yesterday. Then I went for outside for my exercise. I found my quiet spot no one else is ever in and watched the little birds in the hedges and reeds. 
These are the cutest birds though. 
Back to work tomorrow. I feel like I didn't waste my entire days off at least.
