Choux Pastry

Penny's latest on line cookery lesson was how to make choux pastry and thence to chocolate eclairs. The participants have to assemble the ingredients pre class. Et voila! Amazing I think. I bet Steve was impressed. (previously and almost certainly blipped here she has made mince pies and a chocolate log. Clearly going for the zero calorie, healthy eating recipes!)
