Apple pudding cake

I made this very delicious apple pudding cake today, it was a great success and very yummy! The recipe was in The Guardian a couple of weeks ago, I’m pleased to say it even looked like the picture that accompanied the recipe. I usually find little similarity between my effort and how it should look!
