The amiable Betsy

I didn't leave the house today, so this is from a day last week when it was equally wet and I walked as far as Burneside Post Office, which is located within St Oswald's Church.  Whilst waiting outside in the rain (obeying the one-in-one-out rules) I noticed the gravestone beside the door which remembers Betsy, an amiable and much-loved wife.  I can't decide if that says a lot about her, or not enough.
