Scenery, Mud and Virtual Cake - Another Monday

Another muddy walk (extra) and the view from the top. The muck boots proved hopeless, no grip at all. 

It's Hal's birthday, two years old today.  He had a Zoom party. I think he was quite perplexed by all the familiar family faces popping up in little boxes on the screen. But it was lovely to see him blow out his candles. 

We all sang, out of time and tune ... and ate virtual cake - only Auntie Nina had had the foresight to come supplied with cream doughnuts so she and Lucien could join in.

And now it's back to the sofa for some more Celtic Connections ...
