New week

Today started well with a good dry powerwalk!

I wrote a presentation from scratch & was pleased with my efforts, hopefully others will be as well!

Heard my Dad had his first vaccine today, which was excellent news.

Then went downhill finishing off with a heated family argument, involving my Dad.

So another stomp around the block to try & clear my head.

I had more positives than negatives today at least.
