Colour correction
I'm just posting this to give a better impression of the colour of the mistletoe. I think the greenish-yellow may have been smeared by software yesterday (is that a thing?). Admittedly today's was a later afternoon shot so the light was a bit dull.
The extra shows one of the Public Health England posters exhorting us to lose weight and get exercise. They've been around since August and I've already complained here. My rant is against the images used. They normally show a fat person, presumably in the course of 'improving'. The subjects do not look like former Eton pupils. Some are black, but I don't think they mean to imply that BAME people are more likely to need help, they just want to be inclusive. The images come across to me as condescending. Slogan is often 'Let's Do This'. One poster of a black man in a yellow t-shirt bouncing in the air while gesticulating, headed 'This is me now' looks particularly odd.
