Reflections

This is one of the ponds at Hof ter Saksen Nature Reserve. It's tiny, just a sequence of three small ponds. However it's a favourite spot for finding and photographing, dragonflies, damsels and butterflies. Just have to be patient.

The weather has gone back to the grey dank formula so just a small walk today to see how things are progressing. The park team have been coppicing and overlaying the paths with new woodchips, except in this nature reserve where they've used sand. I wonder why.
