Perched

I thought I had taken a few more photos during the day until I looked and found just a few of the long tailed tits.The photos were a lot sharper than this so abit disappointed in the way it’s looking on here.
I was busy making a Shepherds pie and some Refrigerator cake / Rocky Road in the morning and then back into the garden for some tidying up now that the ground is not frozen solid. Rain started mid afternoon and I started to feel cold so retreated indoors.
We found out that there had been a bad fire in Fortrose. I had heard a few Fire engines and had wondered what it was.A local family have lost their house from a fire caused by a boiler.The roof has completely gone and most of the 1st floor.They all managed to get out safely which is the main thing but what a shock for them all.
