Wrap Up Warm, Dial Up Storm

On a grey, dreary day like today, some bold & decisive action is needed.

Enter Monkey in his most colourful & warm get-up.

Our Internet was supposed to 'Go Live' today, whatever that means, & the Net-Man was due to visit this afternoon to help us plug-in, install, update & get surfing. As there was no way of giving us an actual time, Jenny took the day off to wait for him..

.. he didn't show.

What a surprise. Brilliant.

Monkey was manning the phones & even though he did get through to a kindly & apologetic man who said there didn't appear to be a problem & did say he would investigate the issue & then call back, & didn't, Monkey still managed to keep up his winning smile! He did gesticulate with his fist a few times though - service providers are not top banana.

Would you put Monkey on hold & lie to him!?
