Before

Highlight today was a swim, first one for weeks and first one in my new wetsuit. It’s a joy, 20 minutes of bobbing around and talking shite. And whole energising and peaceful feelings all at the same time afterwards.

Home for roast lamb, all the vegetables, not enough gravy (the horror!!), taskmaster and a hot bath. Tip top Sunday.
