High up

Sometimes I see graffiti high up on buildings and wonder how the painters have come up to paint. Do they carry ladders? 

There is no cause for concern about the large amount of graffiti and un-graffiti, the buildings are located in the inner harbour where virtually all activities are moved elsewhere, the area is being turned into a new residential area.
