Tried this new recipe for keto coconut flour pancakes. It wasn't bad, but a bit grainy to my taste. Will have to keep trying new recipes. A friend kindly dropped off two jigsaw puzzles for me to do. Started one, but soon got too cold next to the window. Looking forward to our pub quiz tonight.
