Arboretum

I was late up today. I was awake early as Minstrel wanted feeding. It was way too early to stay up on a Sunday - like 6 AM or something - so I went back to bed. Next thing I knew it was 10 AM!

The light was really good when I went downstairs so I decided to seek out my blip  straight away, as cloudiness was forecast for later. Brian agreed but he headed for the river bank again and I went to the Arboretum. 

I had a lovely wander around - so did half the postcode  and their dogs but it didn't really feel crowded. 

We'd been having a problem with our landline phone as the Virgin box on the wall outside has been damaged. It packed up altogether today so Brian arranged for an engineer to come tomorrow. They are coming between 4 and 7PM tomorrow, so we decided to get Tesco out of the way today. We needed some veg for tea tonight anyway.

That is now done with for the week so we can chill out now! I'm half nervous, half looking forward to the United v Liverpool match later.... It's a 6-pointer! Hopefully Man U can consolidate their position at the top for the first time since Fergie's era I think!
