I went outside! Day 5/13

So lovely to get out for a few minutes, I felt the sun warm on my knees, which was lovely. It’s already day 5, my granddaughter text me back and forth this morning asking ‘when will I see you? It made me long to see her and our other grandchildren and children. But counting already to day 5 of 13 it’s going quickly. To step outside into the garden is wonderful, but I don’t want to sit out in the rain ;0) it’s a gorgeous day, and my Robin was happy to see me ;0) I had to stick to the middle of the garden and keep away from the dividing fences and hedges, rules are rules. So, Roast chicken is in the oven and smells gorgeous. With Lots veggies and the other 1/2 of the Christmas stuffing. With rice pudding for later. Are we blessed? Yes, definitely, but, please don’t turn up to share as we can’t let you in, a rule of isolation;0)
I felt guilty so have shared glimpses of our lunch, but most of the veg is underneath, Brussels, green beans and carrots.
